Does it include VAT?
Yes. The 9% is inclusive of VAT, so there's no separate VAT line on commission. UK VAT-registered sellers can reclaim the VAT element.
What is the £0.50 per-order fee?
A Shipped-by-Seller service fee of £0.50 per delivered package (VAT incl.) for orders you fulfil with your own 3PL, effective 15 July 2026. It doesn't apply to Fulfilled by TikTok or Shipped via Platform orders.
Which categories are 5%?
